Bleach D20 Anyone?

So I recently found a Bleach rpg based on the d20 system. As it is one of the many manga that I am very much into idea's quickly started forming in my head and I ended up creating more or less an entire campaign. Unfortunatly I've only had two people from my current rp group voice their interest and I'd like at least 2 or three more before I try and run it, so I thought I'd post the idea here to see if anyone would be interested in trying before I scrap the idea.

So to sum up the idea of my rpg it takes place not in Japan but in the American branch of the Soul Society, named Asgard. There the Valhalla 11 take the place of the Gotei 13, the campaign takes place 20 years prior to the Soul Society arc in the manga.
